Billy Lerner and his wife Marcella de Martin overcome COVID-19 challenges to support children in need.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Marcella de Martin and Billy Lerner of Billy4Kids foundation persevered through supply and transport obstacles to deliver over 600 pairs of shoes and essential medical supplies to underprivileged children in Belize, Jamaica, and Honduras, combating parasitic infections and improving child health.
